Lindsey Graves
Lindsey Graves (nee Williams) is a 2nd generation owner, President, and Chief Executive Officer at Sunset Transportation, a leading St. Louis third-party logistics corporation. In her 16 years with Sunset, she has grown through hands-on experience in every department; she now oversees operational and personnel growth, strategy, marketing, and implementation at Sunset’s corporate headquarters in south St. Louis and national branch offices.
Prior to joining the family business full time in 2005, Lindsey received her B.A. in Communication from The College of Charleston in South Carolina while competing as a member of the College’s NCAA Division I Equestrian team. She currently serves as a Business Leadership Forum Board member at Enterprise Bank & Trust, and has been highly involved with the St. Louis Area Boy Scouts of America through Sunset’s arrangement of the logistics for the annual Scouting for Food drive since 2003, including serving as Board Member since 2018.
Mark Cammarata
Since joining Sunset Transportation in 2006, Mark has played a pivotal role in the success and growth of the company. While overseeing Sunset’s finance, information technology, and human resources, Cammarata focuses on financial metrics and analytics, elevating the business while limiting overall exposure and risks. He has also designed reporting and fiscal benchmarks for accounting, employee benefit programs, systems management, and building maintenance to support Sunset’s growing footprint at its St. Louis headquarters and branches across the U.S.
As a core member of Sunset’s four-person executive management team, Cammarata’s analysis sets the stage for budgeting, office and personnel expansion, employee incentives, and market share growth across Sunset. He is currently a member of the Enterprise Bank Treasury Management Advisory Board and was named CFO of the Year in 2015 by the St. Louis Business Journal. In his spare time, he has held a position on the Microfinancing Partners in Africa Board of Directors since 2011.
Tracy Meetre
Tracy Meetre is the Chief Commercial Officer at Sunset Transportation. Since joining Sunset in 2016, she has directed the execution of the sales process from start to finish, leading operations and strategic planning for sales and marketing company-wide. She and her team are focused on helping customers streamline logistics using state-of-the-art technology, industry best practices, and proven processes.
As CCO, she provides leadership and coordination of the company sales, strategic account management, and marketing functions in accordance with Sunset’s strategic growth plan.
Mick McGrory
Since joining Sunset Transportation in 1997, Mick McGrory has served Sunset Transportation in senior executive leadership positions in operations, sales, and logistics management.
His current position as Chief Operations Officer focuses on the strategic management of customer functions of the enterprise. He leads the operational maintenance and business growth of Sunset’s wide-ranging customer portfolio, including industry verticals such as construction, manufacturing, consumables, and consumer products.
Mick holds his MBA from Fontbonne University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Jill Gross
Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Jill Gross (nee Walsh) is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Sunset Transportation. In her 10+ years with Sunset, she has grown through experience in a variety of departments, including Agent Support, Marketing, and Implementation. Her passion for continuous improvement, efficient operations and building strong relationships drives success in the teams she leads.
Prior to joining Sunset in 2011, Jill received her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Missouri and worked at Abengoa Bioenergy in the Purchasing Department. Jill enjoys spending time with her two young children, traveling, and golfing in her free time.
Susan Vogler-Wesp
Vice President, Financial Services
Susan Vogler-Wesp brings more than 25 years of financial experience in both public and private sectors to her role at Sunset. Prior to joining Sunset in 2018, she held CFO positions in manufacturing, construction, and service industries. Susan is a highly analytical financial professional with broad-based experience managing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions.
She is focused on strategic planning, process ownership, continuous improvement, and enhanced control and efficiency, with a demonstrated track record of meeting goals and exceeding expectations. In her current role, Susan oversees all the accounting and freight payment functions for Sunset.
Susan received a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Illinois.
She is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and holds a Charter Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation. She was also the Audit Committee chairperson for the Decatur Foundry Board of Directors from 2018-2022.
Justin Danks
Justin Danks is the Vice President of Operations at Sunset Transportation. In his 13 years at Sunset, Justin has had a significant impact on operations, progressing through various roles and driving substantial growth within the organization. His experience spans a broad range of operational areas, including execution, pricing, procurement, business development, and leadership.
In Justin’s previous role as Managing Director for the St. Louis branch, the operation grew exponentially from 35 to 105 Sunsetters strong. As Managing Director for the company’s largest division, he was responsible for branch structure, P&L management, compensation programs, new shift design, and strategic planning.
In his current role as Vice President of Operations, Justin leads eight (8) branch offices across the United States and Mexico.
Prior to joining Sunset in 2011, Justin received his B.S. in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University and worked at Echo Global Logistics in Carrier Sales. Justin is an active member of Vistage International, the leading advisory and business coaching organization, and enjoys spending time with his son in his free time.
Ginny Polach
Vice President, Human Resources
Ginny Polach is the Vice President of Human Resources at Sunset Transportation. With over 30+ years of extensive experience in human resources, Ginny is a seasoned professional in her field. Throughout her career, she has held progressively responsible roles in manufacturing, hospitality, and transportation, developing a deep understanding of the industries and their intricacies. With a solid generalist background, Ginny possesses expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, employment law, coaching and counseling, human resource management, training and development and compensation and benefits.
Having navigated diverse HR challenges with confidence and efficiency, Ginny’s well-rounded knowledge base enables her to excel in her role as Vice President of Human Resources. She brings strategic insight and practical wisdom to her position, contributing to the success and growth of the organizations she serves. Ginny is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and empowering employees, reflecting her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.
Ginny holds certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR), further validating her expertise and proficiency in the field.
