Founder Jim Williams named as regional finalist in 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards

Sunset Transportation’s Founder and CEO Jim Williams has been named as Central Midwest Finalist in the 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. The prestigious program celebrates leaders who are building successful, growing businesses regionally, nationally and globally in more than 140 cities and 50 countries.

Jim was nominated for the award by Enterprise Bank and was interviewed by a team of judges to be selected as regional finalist. Jim will be honored at a program in June, where a finalist will be selected as a national finalist in November.

Jim is known as an upstanding businessperson of impeccable character who loves to help others grow their businesses. He founded Sunset Transportation in 1989 and is continuing to create jobs and improve our community. Based in St. Louis, Sunset Transportation has grown rapidly, adding new staff and recently purchasing to a larger headquarters building.
