UPDATED: We Have Moved! Sunset Transportation Purchases 45,000 Square Feet Building in Sunset Hills


Sunset Transportation has purchased a three-story building in Sunset Hills, Missouri, growing from 14,000 square feet in two locations to 45,000 square feet of usable space for its St. Louis headquarters.  The building is currently being completely renovated and redesigned for the growing 3PL, with expected move-in during February 2020. 


ST. LOUIS – Sunset Transportation, a Top 10 Third Party Logistics provider, has purchased a new building at 10877 Watson Rd., Sunset Hills, Missouri 63127.  The growing 3PL is moving from 14,000 square feet in two separate locations to bring St. Louis branch and corporate teams into one 45,000 square feet office space in South County.

Both interior and exterior are currently undergoing a multimillion dollar renovation utilizing several St. Louis area partners:

Design of the new space is focused on creating a modern atmosphere that befits working for a Top 10 3PL – comfortable and familiar; efficient and tech-savvy; family-oriented and scalable for Sunset’s hiring and strategic growth plans.  Sunset expects to move into the new location in February 2020.  Initially the company will occupy two of the three floors.  The company currently employs 90 staff in St. Louis, with 65+ hires planned through 2021.
