The St. Louis Post-Dispatch, powered by Energage, announced the list of Top Workplaces in 2023, which includes midsize St. Louis-based companies. Sunset is proud to be named a Top Workplace in St. Louis for the 9th consecutive year, jumping up the list to #18 this year.
Energage also released the Top Workplaces Industry Awards for Distribution in 2023, finding Sunset in the #10 spot nationwide. We love our employees and we’re extremely proud of these accomplishments!

TOP WORKPLACE SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The award is open to any employer with 50 or more employees in Greater St. Louis. Survey results are valid only if 35% or more employees respond. Energage tabulates the anonymous survey results based on 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection. Employers are grouped into small, midsize and large to best compare similar employee experiences. Employers earn Top Workplaces recognition if their aggregated employees feedback score exceeds national benchmarks. Energage has established those benchmarks based on feedback from more than 27 million employees over 17 years.
